At the inception of Rockval Inc., our main goal was to cater to users in the commercial real estate market who may not have extensive knowledge or be part of a large organisation. We wanted to create an app that was accessible to anyone, regardless of their level of tech-savviness or industry experience. Our branding and marketing strategies were centered around this concept, emphasizing that using Rockval was as easy as 123.

As a startup still in the early stages of development, Rockval caught the attention of a few larger organisations and associations across the United States. This presented us with exciting opportunities that necessitated a reevaluation of our identity. We recognised there was still the need to position Rockval as a user-friendly software solution, but also a robust application that would be attractive to both novice and expert commercial real estate professionals.

In order to compete with other high-end solutions in the market, we understood that we needed to deliver on three key pillars: Quality, Performance, and Security (QPS). These became the driving forces behind every decision we made during the rebranding and marketing process. We focused on enhancing the quality of our application, ensuring that it met the highest standards in terms of functionality and user experience. We also prioritised performance, optimising our software to deliver fast and efficient results. Finally, we placed a strong emphasis on security, implementing robust measures to protect sensitive data and provide peace of mind to our users.

Through our new branding and marketing efforts, we aimed to convey the message that Rockval is not only accessible and easy to use, but also a top-notch solution that can compete with the best in the industry.
