As the Designer, I was entrusted with the task of creating and constructing the new marketing website for Rockval, which was in the midst of a major rebranding effort. With an impending release date and a host of exciting new features on the horizon, it was crucial that the website effectively showcased the company's new identity and offerings.
Having already worked on the Brand Style Guide and initial marketing materials, I had a solid understanding of the desired look and feel for the website. Collaborating closely with the Product Owner, who also happens to be the CEO, we meticulously planned, designed, and built the entire site in just over two weeks – a remarkable feat considering I had to create all the content myself.
The new website represents a significant improvement over its predecessor, boasting a distinctive style and a clear messaging strategy that effectively highlights the solutions Rockval provides to its users. It conveys the utmost in Quality, Performance, and Security – essential qualities that discerning users expect from a high-end commercial real estate software solution.
Through careful consideration of the target audience and meticulous attention to detail, I ensured that the website not only captured the essence of Rockval's new brand identity but also provided an intuitive and engaging user experience.
In addition to the visual aspects, I also paid close attention to the website's performance and load times, ensuring a seamless browsing experience for users. By optimising images and implementing efficient coding practices, I was able to deliver a website that not only looks great but also performs flawlessly.
